Wisesorb Desiccant |

 Wisesorb
desiccant bag is a 4-side seal desiccant product, designed according
to MIL-D-3464E. We can supply the product from 1/6 unit to 80 units
to meet your various requirement. The optional absorbents are Montmorillonite,
Silica Gel and Molecular Sieve. All the absorbents are sealed in Dupont
Tyvek? firmly.
¡î Unit Volume
At 25¡æ, the volume of absorbent which can absorb 3 grams water
at RH20% and 6 grams water at RH40%. Generally our unit volumes for
application are 33 grams for Montmorillonite, 28 grams for silica
gel and 30 grams for molecular sieve.

Military Specification: Desiccant, Activated, Bagged,
Packaging Use and Static Dehumidification. This specification is approved
for use by all Department and Agencies of the Department of Defence.

Dupont Tyvek® is made from 100% high-density polyethylene, which
is spun into tough, continuous fibers to protect package integrity
from both product breakthrough inside and rough handling outside.
Tyvek® combines the best properties of properties paper, film,
and fabric thanks to its exceptional strength, excellent durability
and high porosity. Tyvek is so tough, it resists punctures and is
ideal for use in abrasive environments. Tyvek¡¯s tight pore structure
keeps even the smallest of particulates from dusting through the package.
Tyvek is used for desiccant packets and bags.
 Tyvek
is strong, light weight, flexible, smooth, low-linting, and is resistant
to water, chemicals, abrasion and aging. The Tyvek bag is also extremely
tear-resistant, providing extra protection for your product. MIL-D-3464E
dust testing has yielded a result of less than 0.5mg of dust. SGS
Report 2080114/LD shows the sulfur content is 243PPM which is safe
for electronics product.

 Montmoriilonite
(Bentonite) desiccant is natural mineral desiccant, which appears
scale-flakes with the color of white, pink, grey or light yellow.
It is non-corrosive product contains no Chlorine ion and its PH value
is about 7.
Montmorillonite is Non-toxic, green for environment and can be recycled.
Under low relative humidity condition, Montmorillonite takes the same
excellent adsorption performance as silica gel while its cost is much
lower than that of silica gel. Refer to SGS Report SHD241003 Moisture

¡î Wisesorb is especially designed for Electronics
Wisesorb, which is packaged with Montmorillonite and Dupont
Tyvek, is the best solution for electronics dehumidification.
1) Effective
Electronics products, especially IC testing and packaging need to
be processed under low humidity environment. High performance Montmorillonite,
packaged by Dupont Tyvek, makes the desiccant packets effective.
